Paula looked after our transfer, from finding us a home in two days, arranging for a banker, inspector, appraiser and legal matters. She even went so far as to send her husband Ed over to repair a minor water heater problem. Paula even drove our son Kirk to the hospital when he had a fall. We are very lucky to have Paula as our agent to help us sell our home in Tampa. We moved to Washington State so depended on Paula entirely to watch over the house for us. She is EXTREMELY REILABLE! Took care of everything! Very patient- there were hundreds of emails, texts, and phone calls involved with our case. Works hard- always responds within few hours if not immediately, even when she was on vacation on a cruise. Easy to communicate- never pressure us, but always give us good feedback on the current market situation. Resourceful- knows where to find us help to fix anything that needs to be fixed right away (e.g. broken AC, broken sprinkler, broken gardener and many others). Knowledgeable- contract goes smoothly with her with zero problem and our house closed escrow on time. Her negotiation skills are great! Charge reasonably- she has the client's best interests in mind unlike some agents will try to get as much out of you as possible. My mom is also a real estate broker from California.
