Liz Nawn, GRI moved to Florida in 1992 from Andover, Massachusetts. Liz has three wonderful children - 17, 10 and 7. The family found Westchase by chance and moved to Westchase in 1996. Since that time, the family has lived in four different neighborhoods within Westchase. The family also lived in nearby Mandolin Estates, but have since returned back to Westchase.
Since Liz has personally moved herself over 22 times in 22 years, Liz Nawn knows exactly what needs to be done to make the transactions run smoothly and understands how it affects the whole family in a long distance move.
Prior to becoming a Realtor, Liz worked in the financial industry for many years. She also worked as a Deputy Official Court Reporter in Melbourne, Florida and Boston, Massachusetts.
Because of her prior experience in the financial industry and as a Court Reporter, Liz believes this has given her the discipline and commitment to work extremely hard and to appreciate the necessity of making sure that every detail is taken care of in a real estate transaction. She takes great pride in her work, believes in the old school work ethic, and does not rest until all her T's are crossed and her I's are dotted. She thrives on helping people find their dream homes and selling their homes as quickly as possible for the best possible price.
